pix from possibly one of the coolest days of my life! i entered an mtv contest to have the foo fighters come to your house and although i lost, a guest (my friend jess) and i were invited to the winner’s house! we sat in his driveway with mtv and the foo fighters for the premiere of their new video for “rope” from their forthcoming album “wasting light”. the premiere was followed by a Q&A and meet & greet with the band. they were so cool and down to earth… they stayed to sign autographs and take pictures with all of their fans. listening to them talk about their music, their history and their love for all of that and their fans are just some of what make them one of the greater rock bands of my generation.
